Who doesn’t love the smell of freshly baked goods! Do you thrive in a process-oriented environment with varied tasks? Then you might be our new bakery colleague.

We are now looking for employees for summer work at our bakery in Örebro for the summer of 2026. Our operations run on a 4-shift basis, which means you need to ensure that you can get to and from work both early in the morning and late at night.

In the bakery, we produce hot dog and hamburger buns. We take pride in our automated processes, and as a bakery operator, you play an important role in ensuring that the products we deliver to customers and ultimately consumers are of the highest quality. We are a flexible organization where you will switch between different tasks in our bakery. This includes both manual work, monitoring machines, quality control to ensure product quality, and packaging.

For us, it is important that you contribute to maintaining a high hygiene standard and follow established routines. You are also encouraged to come up with ideas on how we can improve the work environment, safety, and work methods in our daily operations.

You have:

  • Ongoing/completed high school education or equivalent experience
  • IT and system proficiency
  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form
  • Ability and preferably experience working shifts
  • Must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment (summer 2026)

It is strongly meritorious if you also have:

  • An education in food technology or trained machine/process operator
  • Experience in manufacturing industry, preferably food/bakery and mechanical knowledge
  • Experience handling multiple processes simultaneously, manufacturing and safety, with an ability to see the whole and connections
  • Forklift license A

  • Curious and quick to learn, and enjoy improvement and problem-solving
  • Engaged, responsible, and see your work as part of a larger whole
  • Open with a tendency for clear, honest, and humble communication

Salary

Salary and shift allowances are paid according to central and local agreements with LIVS.
